Arrival & Check-In

Magnolia Manor is located just steps from the corner of Bellevue Avenue and Memorial Boulevard.  The home sits on a quiet residential street with easy access to Bowen’s Wharf, First Beach and the Cliff Walk. Look for the blue exterior and the Magnolia Manor signage.

Check-In is 3:00 PM

Entry Instructions

Enter through the front door of the home.  The unit is the last door on the right.  Enter code: 0319

Parking Information

• Street parking only; please do not park on the home’s designated space
• Street parking is free; no resident sticker required
• Do not park in the private lot next to the home as your vehicle may be towed
• Additional free parking is available on Middleton Ave (adjacent street)

• Smart TV with streaming access (use your own logins)
• Pack n play (available upon request)
• JBL Speaker
• Beach chairs and towels
• Private patio

Kitchen

Fully equipped with:

• Full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher
• Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender
• Cookware, plates, glassware, utensils
• Starter supplies (paper towels, dish soap, trash bags)

Bedrooms

• Clean 1000 thread count linens
• Extra blankets are in the closet
• Ample storage for luggage and clothing
• Pack ‘n Play upon request

Bathroom

• Fresh towels
• Starter toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner)
• Makeup removal facial wash cloths
• Hair dryer and steamer

Heating & Cooling

• Thermostat to adjust the temperature
• Please avoid setting the AC below 68° to prevent freezing

Trash & Recycling

• Bins are located outside of the house

Laundry

• Shared laundry is available within the hallway on the first floor
